A safe, affectionate and warm setting, with a strong outdoors-focus for cognitive growth and joy

Safe, secure, nurturing, growth-focused 8am-to-6pm care, with a strong emphasis on the outdoors and freshly cooked organic food.

Home-cooked, freshly prepared meals 3 x a day

(e.g. Fresh vegetables, lightly steamed just before mealtimes to preserve their natural flavour and nutritional value; organic ingredients)

For sleeping: dedicated quiet and dark room (soothing environment) and Head Childminder always stay with children in the nap room: next to them, or holding a child, depending on requirement

Highly adapted to each child’s needs (as we are a boutique setting)

For the smallest ones, we also include a morning nap, with blackout curtains and low noise level overall

We typically go to the park every day, as I believe in – although offering routine and consistency – giving a little bit of adventure with seeing new animals and interacting with nature slightly differently, every day.

We can accept the official government funding (Funded childcare hours), i.e. the same funding schemes that apply at large nurseries

We also accept the tax-free scheme and company vouchers.

The setting

In a very safe ground-floor setting, and all amenities necessary to make children happy and grow, stretched over several areas and rooms

Respectful, growth-focused, affectionate & warm

We adhere to the early years curriculum that is guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), a framework that builds on seven areas of learning. In our setting, this is done in a fun, safe and affectionate way, and the children are busy each day with either activities that focus on this, or being out in nature. We also follow an annual plan with a different learning focus each week.
